Please carefully read the following:
Only pre-purchased online full day shuttle tickets are accepted at this time.
We will not be accepting walk in shuttle riders or single uplifts for the time being.
We are running a reduced capacity in each vehicle.
However, we are providing more vehicles to increase the amount of rider capacity each day.
Our total capacity will be higher than historic rider numbers for the same period this time last year.
Total capacity is governed by government guidelines.
Vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected a minimum of three times a day. Morning, lunch and afternoon.
Some seats within our vehicles are to remain unoccupied. These will be clearly marked – please don’t be “that person” who thinks the rules don’t apply.
We are taking all necessary Health and Safety precautions as advised by the Victorian Government.
Our shuttle line will be socially distanced at 1.5m between people. With signs and bollards highlighting spacing.
We ask all riders to use their common sense and initiative to self-distance themselves, our staff will also be monitoring this.
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the shuttle pick up zone.
Physical distancing guidelines within the bike park remain in place at 1.5m between people.
Reasons not to come:
If you are feeling sick, have any COVID symptoms or just feel not quite right for any reason, please DO NOT turn up to shuttles.
Please do not come if: you have fever, chills or sweats; are coughing; have a sore throat, running nose or shortness of breath; have a loss of sense of smell.
Our staff reserves the right to turn any riders away if they feel they may have COVID/cold symptoms or if riders do not follow staff instructions.
We will not be accepting walk in shuttle riders or single uplifts for the time being.
Riders will be sitting next to each other in vehicles – this is in alignment with current government acceptable guidelines. If you are not comfortable doing this, please do not book shuttles.
Implementing these processes and restrictions is going to take time, so please be patient with our staff as we work through this to offer you the best possible service we can.
If you are not able to attend please let us know – our standard terms and conditions apply.
Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
As restrictions change over time our operations will also change accordingly.
