OMEO BIKE HIRE
Our Dead Sailor store offers the choice of standard or electric dual suspension mountain bikes. These brand new, state of the art Rocky Mountain bikes are perfect for the variety of trail types Omeo has to offer.
Bike sizes often sell out in advance, especially over the key holiday periods so lock in bikes as soon as possible.
All bikes come with flat pedals and an open face helmet. Body armour and gloves are not available to hire for sanitary reasons. Body armour and gloves are available for purchase in store if needed at the Village Bike Cafe. Full face helmets are not available to hire.

Small: 155 – 167.5 cm / 5’1” – 5’6”
Medium: 167.5 – 177.5 cm / 5’6” – 5’10”
Large: 5’9″ – 6’2″ / 175 – 188 cm
X-Large: 6’1″ – 6’6″ / 185.5 – 198 cm
Hot Weather Policy
On days of extreme heat forecast to be 34 degrees or higher, Blue Dirt shuttles and hire bikes will change operation times to a hot weather timetable. This will involve shuttles and bike hires starting at 8:00am and concluding at 2:00pm. This is for the safety of riders and our staff. If the forecast is for a day to be above 34 degrees 48hrs before, we will enact the ‘Hot Weather Policy’. Our Dead Sailor store will also operate on the same hot weather policy and will open and close at the same times as shuttles 8:00-2:00pm. Any hire bikes on hot weather policy days will be available during these times only and will need to be returned by 1:45pm.
